poem 10

Someone else

His eyes looked at her,

Her eyes looked at him.

Her eyes were telling him to kiss,

His eyes were longing for a kiss.

Two souls who dreamt of one another

Every day,

Took the main part in the play

Called 'Love'.

She ran to him, he grabbed her arm

And followed by angelic charm

They kissed most ardently.

The world has stopped

But someone clapped,

Bringing back, and now they're seen.

She was there, and he was too,

Both making up this scene.

Strangers in this world,

They've never said a word,

Because he looked at them:

A girl who never gave him the best dance

Standing with the guy who took the chance.
